Terms Of Use Submission Guidelines

The rules for submitting your articles and links to ArticleDirectorySEO.com(and our sister sites) are simple, but must be followed.

1. The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.

2. By submitting your articles to ArticleDirectorySEO, you grant us the right to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.

3. By submitting your articles to ArticleDirectorySEO, you grant others the right to publish your articles - Other ArticleDirectorySEO users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.

4. Affiliate links to ArticleDirectorySEO are acceptable - The articles that you submit to ArticleDirectorySEO can contain affiliate links or be affiliate websites. ArticleDirectorySEO (and our sister sites) are not responsible for the products sold or promoted by affiliate links or websites. Period.

5. Submitting your articles to ArticleDirectorySEO does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind - You will not receive compensation from ArticleDirectorySEO (or our sister sites) or the users of our directory for articles you submit.

6. Submitting an article in no ways guarantees inclusion in our directory - We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.

7. Articles must be spellchecked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - The minimum article length is 300 words. Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that doesn't meet this requirement.

8. ArticletDirectorySEO (and our sister sites) will reject the following types of sites:

   -Sites that redirect to another site.

   -Sites offering little or no original content.

   -Sites with abnormal amount of affiliate links.

   -Mirror sites that have the same content under different URLs

   -Sites to pornographic sites or web sites that have links or banners that lead to pornographic sites.

   -Sites created only for the purpose of earning revenue from AdSense or other similar advertisements.

   -Sites with popup windows and other technologies that interfere with viewing the main content of the site.

   -Hate, bestiality, child pornography, violence, racial or ethnic intolerance, obscene or excessively profane content, illegal activity, pharmacy, racist, drug paraphernalia, hacking or cracking or any other sites that might be offensive to our visitors.

9. We will glady approve quality sites and links.

10. ArticleDirectorySEO (and our sister sites) may block or remove your site or link from our directory without prior notification if it violates the above conditions.

11. ArticleDirectorySEO (and our sister sites) are not responsible for the content of the articles and/or the links sumbited or the content and/or links from the websites that are mentioned on the other websites.
